6. Withdrawal and refund applications (distance deals)

If you enter into contracts for services outside our premises or at a distance, we provide clear information and implement the statutory withdrawal period. We also place on our website a withdrawal/refund application form and instructions, in line with Article 21 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” dated 10.06.2023 No. 3153-IX.

We provide true, complete, and timely pre-contract information before you purchase services online, including seller/provider identification details and key service/price terms, in line with Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” dated 10.06.2023 No. 3153-IX. For contracts concluded outside premises or at a distance, we provide required business identification and other core pre-contract details in a clear form, in line with Article 17 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” dated 10.06.2023 No. 3153-IX.
